  • Morning Session: 11:00am - 1:30pm

• Finished season with a 24-4 record.
• Tallied two wins over then-second ranked Bernie Truax (Penn State), including by fall (2:30) in consolation semifinal of NCAA Tournament.
• Won Pac-12 Championship for third consecutive year, featured win by major decision in semifinal round.
• First Beaver since 2018-19 to achieve back-to-back All-American honors since Ronnie Bresser and Amar Dhesi did it.
• Second wrestler in Pendleton era (2020-21-pres.) to finish in the top-four (G. Willits - fourth) at NCAAs and highest finish in the time frame as well.

• Finished his second NCAA season with a 6-4 record and qualified for the NCAA Championships at 174 in 2021.
• Seeded 20th at the NCAA Championships.
• Finished 2-1 and took second at the Pac-12 Championships.
• Did not compete in 2019-20.

TRABUCCO HILLS HIGH SCHOOL
• CIF State Champion at 174 pounds.
• Two-time California state finalist.
• Rated No. 1 in the state of California at 160 pounds.
• Orange County Boys Wrestler of the Year.
• Undefeated as a senior, going 60-0.

• Son of Kristi and Mark Munoz
• Has three sisters: Alexa, Erynn and Elyse
• Father, Mark, wrestled at Oklahoma State, earning All-American honors twice and was a 2001 NCAA Champion at 197
• Mother, Kristi, played softball for Oklahoma State
• Sister, Erynn, played volleyball at Hawai'i-Hilo
• Enjoys the outdoors, playing with his dog and spending time with his church community in his spare time
